We Love Sherwood Park

Another Christmas is upon us and we can’t help but reflect on the amazing community that we get to call home! Sherwood Park has grown oh-so-much since we were kids, but we truly feel that it is still a “small town.” We would be hard pressed to name a day that we didn’t bump into someone we knew. Whether it be at the hockey rink, the grocery store, or a night out for dinner, the sense of community here never leaves us.

Happy Space, Happy Team

We have set up a solid system that allows us to succeed, and each team member has her strength. Nichole is always on the ball, and she has this calmness to her that our customers just love. Gratitude + Passion

We just wrapped up another successful customer appreciation event (our Summerfest party), and we wanted to take a moment to reflect on why we do what we do. And we don’t mean hosting parties, we mean our true passion for the job that we show up to EVERYDAY.

Real estate doesn’t have to be a fulltime job, we choose to make it our fulltime job. Being in real estate everyday allows us to be in the now, know all current comparable homes and the current market, and be able to provide the best possible guidance.
