Happy House Moment with Erin and Scott
August 11, 2015 | Posted in Happy House Moments

Here’s the story of 230 Ridgeland Crescent. This home owner had this property listed with another agent from January 1 to June 26, 2015. Yes, 6 months and no movement on the home. So they sought another realtor and I happily took on the challenge. After staging the home and doing professional photography – I was able to sell this home without an adjustment in price in 38 days and in July! Which is the slowest month, other than December. I’m so happy Erin and Scott listened to my advice about staging their home and are now able to move into their new house!

Our Night at the Edmonton Valley Zoo
July 9, 2015 | Posted in Our Thoughts

As a realtor in Sherwood Park, I have so much gratitude for all of my clients—each and every one of them is like family to me. It is so rewarding to have, in my home life, a wonderful family, but also, in my professional life as a realtor in Sherwood Park, a group of clients that I can consider to be part of my extended real estate family.

Real estate is a very intimate business: buying a home or moving is a major life milestone, and it can involve  some very emotional moments. Therefore, as a way to thank my clients, my real estate family, for trusting me as their realtor, I host a customer appreciation event for clients every second year.

A real family affair

This year’s event was held on June 20, 2015, at the Edmonton Valley Zoo  with over 600 guests gathered to...

Congrats to one of my best friends Amy on the purchase of her new home! I have known Amy for 17 years. We met playing rugby for the Druids and have been through a lot together. Months go by without seeing each other but when do we chat or get together it’s like no time has passed. I love friendships like that! I never expect my friends to use me as their Realtor but I am grateful that they trust me with their purchase and sale!...

From a pancake breakfast first thing in the morning to a dazzling fireworks show at night, the day is packed full with more than ten different activities–many that are free! Here is my guide to the Top 5 things you must do to celebrate Canada Day in Strathcona County:

1. Buy a Wristband: Before Canada Day, buy a $5 wristband from any of 5 locations in Sherwood Park. These wristbands are only available in advance but will give you unlimited access to the paid activities and events on Canada Day (and save you money, too):

Happy House Moments with Lynn and Jason

Happy Home Owners

Congratulations to Lynn and Jason on the sale of their first home! They were referred to me from their mortgage broker after they struggled with selling on Comfree. My favourite thing about working with this couple was their up beat attitudes. They didn’t allow stress to affect their positive outlook toward life. Buying and selling can be stressful and Lynn and Jason rolled with the ups and downs of the process like champs! Congrats you two. I’m very excited for you to move into your forever home....
