It’s no secret that home staging is a vital step for anyone who wants to sell their house. For a lot of people, however, this can present a challenge.
Staging a home means decluttering and depersonalizing. It means transforming your space into a place that a potential buyer can see themselves living in. It also means that you will likely have to spend some time and money to get your home ready for it’s first showing.
Keep this in mind
I’ve heard it before…”but I don’t want to spend any more money on this place!” If you’ve found yourself thinking this, I’ll ask you to consider the following: a staged home will get more viewers (due to better pictures in your listing), fewer days on market, and you will typically see $5,000 to $8,000 more in your final sale price.
